- Maintain and enhance a standardized way of working for managing projects across the DACH Region;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new and emerging technologies and best practices in data center project management, leveraging insights to enhance our service offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
- End-responsible for all projects managed at NorthC. Ensure the project managers follow the right processes and decisions are made at the proper level in case of any deviations/escalations;
- Define and lead multiple projects and maintain responsibility for project management, the development of brown-/greenfield sites, implementation and flawless handover to the appropriate stakeholders in the organization;
- Help to scope out integration and align leadership on vision, approach and timeline;
- Build and manage effective relationships with power companies and governmental building authorities;
- Support internal stakeholders throughout the due diligence prior to an acquisition and prepare the integration phase of the post-acquisition process.
- Maintain and enhance the NorthC blueprint documents and ensures these are up to date;
- Oversee the implementation of the blueprints in alignment with all countries.
- Collaborate with the country managing directors, sales and customer services teams to understand client requirements and ensure seamless service delivery;
- Manage relationships at a senior level with partners/vendors.
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing project management team, fostering a culture of collboration, accountability and continuous improvement;
- Provide guidance and support to department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure design and construction comply with industry standards, regulations and security protocols;
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard data center infrastructure and client data.
- Work in adherence to the NorthC compliance rules and guidelines.
